This policy explains how Quoteline Agency ("we", "us") collects and uses your information when you visit this site or ask us for a life insurance quote.
What we collect
When you request a quote we collect your first and last name, mobile phone number, and state. If you agree to texts, we also record the exact consent wording you agreed to, the date and time, your IP address and the page you used. We keep the messages we exchange with you.
How we use it
- To contact you about the quote you requested, by text (only if you agreed) or by phone.
- To keep a record of your consent and of any opt-out, so we always honor your choices.
- To meet our legal and regulatory obligations.
Text messaging and your mobile number
We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number or text messaging opt-in consent with any third party or affiliate for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except service providers that deliver messages on our behalf.
Service providers
We use trusted providers to run our business, such as our texting platform and message carriers, website hosting, and email. They may only use your information to provide their service to us.
How long we keep it
We keep consent and opt-out records for at least five years, and opt-outs permanently so we never text you after you say stop. Other information is kept only as long as we need it for the purposes above.
Your choices
Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts. You can also email support@quotelineapp.com to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it, subject to records we must keep by law.
Security
Your information is encrypted in transit and access is limited to people who need it to help you.
Children
This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
